Anxiety & Depression

Anxiety and depression can affect every part of life, including relationships, school, work, motivation, sleep, and overall well-being. Individuals may experience excessive worry, panic, racing thoughts, irritability, difficulty sleeping, low energy, loss of interest in activities, hopelessness, or feeling emotionally overwhelmed. I primarily draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behavioral patterns while developing practical tools for coping and growth. I take an eclectic and collaborative approach to treatment, tailoring therapy to each individual and focusing on meaningful, sustainable progress rather than a one-size-fits-all model.
