So glad to meet you!
I have had the privilege of working with children and teens across a variety of settings, including summer camps, psychiatric residential treatment facilities, inpatient psychiatric hospitalization, a child advocacy center, and a children’s hospital. These experiences have given me a broad perspective on the unique challenges young people and families face, as well as the resilience and growth that are possible with the right support. Each setting has shaped how I approach my work today—helping me stay flexible, grounded, and responsive to the individual needs of every client and family I work with.
Outside of my role as a therapist, I am a husband, foster parent, youth pastor, and an active member of my church community. These roles are an important part of who I am and deeply influence how I connect with others. My faith, relationships, and life experiences have shaped my approach to be one of empathy, compassion, and genuine respect for each person’s story—no matter their background or stage of life. I believe that connection is at the heart of meaningful change. In my own life, I prioritize time with family and community. I enjoy reading, spending time outdoors, and traveling. These experiences help keep me grounded and continually remind me of the importance of presence, balance, and authentic relationships.
My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported. Whether you are navigating challenges, processing past experiences, or seeking direction, I am here to walk alongside you in a way that feels respectful, steady, and genuine.
